We can represent the content of YSOC with a plot of the positions of its associated stars.
As described on the Tutorials page, YSOC organizes its content by stellar associations, namely Star Forming Regions, Young Moving Groups, and Open Clusters.
The example to the left is position plot of YSOC holdings in the large Scorpius-Centaurus-Lupus complex.
We aim to have all of YSOC's clusters represented here soon.
[ideally these plots would be bigger]
We can also present histograms of various YSOC quantities, such as different photometric bands.
The plots below will soon reflect optical, near-infrared, and mid-infrared magnitude distributions.
Below we list the various stellar associations into which stars have been grouped within YSOC.
Note that there is also an "Unknown" association, meaning no association made within YSOC, but the star is suspected to be young.
[ideally we would build this out with a counter similar to the "YSOs Corralled" header]
